Checklist for LYNX Workstation Problems before calling an SE
"I was assigned an application but I don't have it!"
Did the customer ever have it?
If the customer never did, is it a machine-based app or a user-based app? (don't ask the customer; you're supposed to know this)
Check AG membership -> When was the app assigned? If it was a machine-based app assigned less than 30 minutes ago, then it's too soon. Did the customer run "New App Install" between the assignment and the follow-up call?
If it's a user-based app, was the assignment less than 24 hours ago? You might just need to wait until tomorrow. If it was longer, did the user log out/in?
Has the user ever restarted the workstation? Many don't.
Now, if you've gotten this far, you can dive into the Novadigm subdirectories and start looking at connect.log, the radstate.log, and SYSTEM subdirectories.
When did it last work? Have you installed something else (not LYNX-delivered) since then?
Is it a webapps-based application? If so, check the tsprofile rights.
Check the connect.log and/or SYSTEM subdirectories. If there's nothing telling here, delete the folders (not the files) from the C:\Program Files\Novadigm\Lib subdirectory and do an "All App Verify".

Missing TMA Icon - Check Logs
If you get a TMA call saying that the icon is missing, here is something to check for first.
Check the radstate.log, and if you scroll down to the list of applications and look for TMA_v8022 if it still says TMA_8011 just run a new app install.
If there is a TMA_v8022 in the radstate.log then rename or delete the TMA folder(TMA8 and TMA78). Now just click on the TMA icon and you should see TMA_v8022 on the installer once it pops up.
If there is no icon just run new app install b/c either user was logged in during upgrade or computer failed to connect.
