Edwin and Cora had the following children:

1. Mary Eva Geesey was born 12 Nov 1898 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. Mary married William Alfred Sorensen about 1925. William was born 14 Nov 1894 in Glen, Nebraska. Carpenter, co-owner hardware store, building contractor. He died 26 Aug 1985 in Oceanside, CA. Mary Eva died 17 Apr 1974.
   
   
2. Alice May Geesey was born 11 Apr 1900 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. She died of tuburculosis on 31 Jan 1904 and was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD.

Edwin married Florence Elsie Smith, daughter of John Luther Smith and Anna Victoria Ledwidge, on 28 November 1906 by Pastor H.M. Stamits at the Augsburg Lutheran Church in Harrisburg, Dauphin Co., PA. Florence was born 21 August 1875 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. They moved from Woodsboro after 1906 to Baltimore, back to Woodsboro before 1910, to York Co., PA before 1920, and finally back to Woodsboro about 1932.

Edwin and Florence had the following children:

3. Alton Luther Geesey was born 6 December 1907 in Baltimore, MD and was baptised 9 February 1911 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. Pharmacist. He died 25 July 1984 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD and was buried 28 July 1984 in Rose Hill Cem., Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD. Alton married Esther Amanda Miller, on 6 September 1930 in Spring Grove, York Co., PA.
   
   
4. Myron Edwin Geesey was born 10 November 1910 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD and was baptised 9 February 1911 at Solomon's Lutheran Church by Pastor R.S. Poffenbarger in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. He died 16 February 1911 in Woodsboro and is buried at Mount Hope Cemetery, Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD.

Edwin Felty learned the trade of basket making from his father.
