DISCHARGE PAPERS - Edwin D. Geesey, Private in 103rd Regiment of PA 3 Apr 1865 thru 25 Jun 1865; "born in York Co., PA, is 28 yrs of age, 5' 11", fair complexion, dark eyes, black hair, laborer".

  3. Catharina Ide Geesey was born 3 August 1863 in York Co., PA and was baptised 18 December 1863 in York Co., PA. Baptised by Rev. F. Wm. VanderSloot. She died 7 December 1874 age 11 years, 4 months, 4 days and is buried at Rocky Hill Cemetery, Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD in a grave with her younger brother, William J.

  4. Ellen Anna Geesey was born 1865 in York Co., PA. Married Dinterman.

  5. Alice S Geesey was born 31 Jan 1867 in York Co., PA. Dressmaker, never married. She died 28 Aug 1926 and was buried in St. Joseph Cem, Hanover, York Co., PA.

  6. Edwin Felty Geesey was born 10 Jul 1869 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. He died 24 May 1960 in Hagerstown, Washington Co., MD and was buried 27 May 1960 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. Basketmaker. Edwin married Cora Mandella Shank about 1897. They had 2 children. Edwin also married Florence Elsie Smith on 28 Nov 1906 in Harrisburg, York Co., PA. They had 2 children.

  7. William J. Geesey was born 10 January 1873 and died 1 December 1874. He is buried with his older sister Catharine Ide at Rocky Hill Cemetery.

  8. Bertha V Geesey was born 1871/1879 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. Bertha married John Edward Warner Sr..

  9. George E. I. Geesey was born 1877 in Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD. George moved to Dayton, Ohio.

Mary Ann died 29 January 1897 and is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Woodsboro, Frederick Co., MD.

Edwin Daniel died 21 February 1900 in Woodsboro and was buried next to his wife.
