WinBUGS Programs
This page contains WinBUGS code for running various zero-inflated and hurdle models.
Zero-Inflated Count Models
- Zero-inflated Poisson
model.zip presented in Neelon, O'Malley, and Normand (2010), Statistical Modelling.
- Note 1:
This file contains both ODC and data files.
- Note 2:
Initial values are at bottom of ODC file.
- Note 3:
You'll have to run the MCMC chain for at least 4000 iterations to get past the
"adapting" phase.
- Poisson Hurdle and Zero-altered
Poisson (ZAP) Models.zip: Fits hurdle and ZAP models as described in Neelon et al. (2010) Statistical Modelling.
- Spatial Poisson Hurdle.zip: Winbugs and R2WinBUGS code and data for fitting the spatial Poisson hurdle model as described in Neelon et al. (2012) A Spatial Poisson Hurdle Model for Exploring Geographic Variaton in Emergency Department Visits.
- Spatial NB Hurdle.zip: Fits NB Hurdle Model with CAR Random Effects via R2WinBUGS. See ReadMe.txt for details.
- ST_Hurdle.zip: Winbugs and R2WinBUGS code and data for fitting the spatiotemporal hurdle models described in Neelon et al. (2012) A Spatiotemporal hurdle models for zero-inflated count data: exploring trends in emergency department visits.
