The programs offered here use SAS version 8.2 for data management and variable creation, and SAS-callable SUDAAN for final analysis and age adjustment (direct standardization).

SAS and SUDAAN are statistical programs that have functionality for analyzing complex sample survey data.  They use different methods for variance estimation and the programs have different functionality within the survey analysis procedures.
