to support the project entitled Web-Delivery of Digitized Three Dimensional Videos of Cadaver Anatomical Structures. The purpose of this project was to develop a database of video-clips of cadaveric structures to support traditional MUSC on-site anatomy classes as well as an online anatomy course (RS 525 available at http://www.edserv.muscedu/srec/rs525.htm). By delivering these videos over the web, MUSC allows otherwise distant South Carolina Institutions to benefit from this educational project. Samples can be viewed by first clicking on the term "Samples" on the lower right quadrant of the homepage and then on the anatomical structures of interest (requires a fast internet connection and the RealPlayer plug-in). Interested faculty members can enter an agreement with MUSC to view these video-clips using an adapted site (check at the bottom of the screen the "click here if you do not have an MUSC account") and CDs to install on their computers (free of charge to SC funded institutions). Six SC institutions have already expressed interest in becoming part of this new SC educational network. Feel free to forward your questions to the project director, Dr. Thierry Bacro, at bacrotr@musc.edu If Problems, Contact Dr. Bacro (bacrotr@musc.edu)
