First Time Logging In? Here are a
few tips to get you started...
-
Your user id will be the same as your
NetID (or your login to the computer) unless otherwise specified. It will only be different you are not an MUSC employee or if you have not been processed through MUSC human resources. In that case, you should have received an email specifying your new login id.
-
Your password for the first time you log in
will be the same as the last six of your ssn unless otherwise noted.
-
You will need to choose a new password
and then confirm it by typing it in again.
-
You will then need to set your pin number.
This number cannot start with a zero, has to be between 4-6 numbers,
and the same number cannot repeat more than twice. You will also need to confirm this number.
-
Your provider id will be listed in the
bottom right hand corner of the screen as a two to three digit code.
You should be all set to go at this
point. You may want to sign up for classes. They are
available every other Wednesday morning from 1-4 (the week of new hire
orientation) and every Monday afternoon from 1-4. To sign up for
a class, you can contact any of the
clinical analysts. You
may also want to view the different
guides and tutorials we have available.
